Can people tell me why focus is on the one piece of hardware in the set of three that had already seen a failed attempt in 2015? I thought more people would be talking about the Steam Frame and Controller?

I am not against paying for services to unlock extra features, but I utterly despise the way YouTube premium is entirely composed of features we had but they took away.
Well, I guess they weren't technically lying.
The middle ground would be making these companies comply with rules that stop them manipulating users, but we already know that these companies would rather cop the fine and do the bad things anyway.
As when this was announced last week - meh. Sony, Live Service, etc.

I remember Adelaide, Australia was looking at having cameras with facial recognition. They told the police, "Please do not utilize it until we draft proper privacy policies for the public". The police basically responded with, "Nah, we'll probably use it." As such the council went, "Fuck you then, we will draft the rules before we implement the cameras."
I've never cared for it - the entire show's awards and announcements could be YouTube Shorts that I can pick and choose to watch, and I'd get exactly the same thing out of it.
I wait a day and then check for a megathread with bullet points, then see if there is anything of interest to me.
