Is this even a localized problem or all throughout the US/World? I'm in southeast Texas, USA.
I think that's something different. In the web version as well as other apps (Mlem, Thunder), "New Comments" and "Active" are two different sort options that give different results.
I got frustrated by buggy behavior from Android in general. Even with Google software (Android Auto), it wasn’t uncommon for functionality to break after updates.
I’ll take consistency over more (but buggier) features. Quality over quantity.

Using Outlook on iOS for its multi account support. Work is Office 365 based so it makes sense. I can use a unified or separate inboxes and switch between them at will.
