Ever since I did this, I haven't been able to go back. Never thought I'd be technically paying (albeit cheap) for piracy but it's just really that convenient.

TVs nowadays have terrible built-in speakers with hard to hear dialogue. A lot of soundbars also struggle with voices.

Recently became a father and regained my love for my Switch, since it allows me to play in short bursts and pause whenever and wherever I need to. I'm currently playing through Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition and loving it.

Despite what the other comments say, this can be perfectly acceptable if this is has always been usual for you.

This is a better metric than registered users. I'm enjoying this early stage of lemmy where everyone seems eager to use the platform. It's giving the same vibes as the old forums I used to participate in the early days of the internet. We just need more content creators and we are set!

Despite all the performance issues and barren open world, the game is still pretty fun. If the DLC is as good as Crown Tundra was in Sw/Sh then I'll end up getting it but I don't do pre-orders.
