So nothing. This isn't directed at you, but I'm getting really tired of so many on the left bitching about everything, but not offering any viable alternatives. People don't want to get their hands dirty in the trenches.

Reminds me of a Teddy Roosevelt quote:

That not a plan. It really easy to criticize from the outside instead of doing anything. You're doing less than anything.

I think things aren't usually so black and white. You've pointed to one example of a gray area. There are many like it.

Currently reading The Demon of Unrest and it's wild to see how different the party was prior to the electoral cleave. One nice thing, I bet the ghost of the Chivalry are very unhappy that "their people" are now Republicans.

I agree. I was more using her to make a point. I think a better example would be Howard Dean or Al Franken.

But she would never win a Democrat ticket. Democrats only elect perfect people. Perfect people don't exist. So democrats only elect people who pretend they're perfect.
