That's a really interesting project.

As I paged through the documents, I couldn't find how long nor where files are stored during transfer. It kinda seems like they get stored (in encrypted form) in the guy's closet server.

Don't suppose you can speak to this?

Have to agree with this guy.

I recently swapped from IPhone to Android and thought I'd lost the slickness of Apollo forever.

Then Wefwef came along. It's nowhere near as smooth as the original Apollo app (at least via Android's Firefox browser), but it's got all the same vibes and makes me feel like I'm back in that same experience again.

That's interesting.

I'm fairly new and I'm not seeing a lot of chatter about the limitations of Lemmy / other fediverse applications.

I don't suppose you can point me to where you learned this and/or other information on how information is shared between instances?
