This woman is despicable. I flew to the west coast recently and ads of her threatening people are flagrant and in the open on television. She is the definition of hate and disgust.

Steam Oven? (lemmy.world)
 

I have a new Miele steam oven and you can “sous vide” with it. I quote that because you surround the bag/food with steam rather than a bath of liquid water. Not sure if that matters? It seems to work ok, but twice the meat came out under what I wanted, although I’m still learning and making progress with each try.

Who else uses a steam oven and what advice can you share?

My handle gives it away, but I enjoy running. Richmond is beautiful and I have a few places to run that I really enjoy.

Top spot is the Fan. I love the architecture, friendly cars, and people watching.

James River park system is also a favorite. There’s a challenging loop around Forest Hill park that gets me going and then you can head for a quick dip in the river to cool off.
