It’s trees on the path to the base :). I was trying to make the image a little more dynamic but I think with such limited resolution it didn’t quite work out right

Yeah! It’s really amazing how good we are at recognising images. I think the low resolutions will provide some interesting challenges which hopefully will result in an interesting image. I think I’ll start really focusing on composition now. Thanks :)

Thanks! This is super helpful. I’ll try and test some of this stuff out. The light vs shadows sounds like a very cool concept and I’m excited to test it out :) I really appreciate you’re feedback!

Hi! I have been trying to learn to take pleasing photos with the gameboy camera. It’s quite tricky due to limited resolution and aspect ratio but super fun! Is there anything I can look to do to improve the framing or quality of my shots?

Thanks so much!! I’ll shop around for some of those paints and see how I go :)

Thanks! It was a toss up between this and the eduard kit for me. How did you find it? Top of the craft is revell enamel paint so I didn’t have too much issues. However I foolishly used tamiya paint on the bottom which I discovered is more for air brushing. I managed to get some paint retarder but it still didn’t look quite right :(

Just finished this tamiya 1:48 spitfire! It’s such a lovely kit with brilliant fit. I can’t use an airbrush so had some issues with paint texture but I’m happy with the outcome and had fun building it :) View of the spitfire seat and seatbelts

View of the cockpit controls through the back window

View of the right side of the cockpit with a black lever and red buttons

View of the left side of the cockpit with a few internal black boxes

I think this kit came out fairly nicely. I mucked up my varnish though :( The kit itself was pretty poor quality. There was some really bad fit and massive gaps in the kit. The wings needed some serious sanding before being able to fit into the fuselage

Arch Linux is a great platform for learning about the world of Linux and how it works in the world of the Linux kernel and the Linux kernel itself and how it can be used to improve the way the kernel is used to make the kernel and the kernel itself and the kernel is a great way to learn about the kernel
