Any mathematicians care to explain?

There are other ways to wildly speculate as well if we are doing so evidence-free.

Maybe Ben was being pressured by someone to submit false information and he wanted to ensure his work was scrutinized more and falsehoods uncovered without explicitly bringing attention to the fact that this was his intention.

It’s impossible to know exactly what we don’t know. This is a big issue, but there are people taking it seriously. It seems likely new antibiotics which will work are going to be developed. For example: this new class that was discovered a couple months ago using AI.

I think The Lancet is a reputable journal. They seem to have conveyed the findings of this article well. With quotes from the authors as well. Seems like an adequately scientific article with very little exaggeration. So, by my standards I wouldn’t consider it click bait.

What city was this that tried housing first and it didn’t work? I’m interested in reading the details

Lead actually does taste sweet. Pretty unfortunate that a sweet tasting thing is poisonous. Maybe a better metaphor is irradiated paint on a turd. Kills the bacteria in the GOP turd so as to nominally make eating it less sickening, but the truth is that the irradiated rightist paint is quite a lot more cancerous in the end and there are election antibiotics to get rid of pathogenic GOP bacteria contracted from the turd but if the rightist cancer metastasizes then you’re too far gone for treatment because you’ve lost your democracy.

The legal bill will not be paid out from the $23 billion in federal cash set aside for compensation. It also won't come from the other $20 billion earmarked by Ottawa for long-term reform of First Nations child and family services. Class action lawyers will be paid through additional public funds.

Their bill is $80 million dollars for a case taken on by multiple firms for over 10 years. It’s 0.19% of the total settlement amount, and doesn’t come out of the settlement money. Sounds fair to me.

Wait, is this all over the fact that he wants a fancy charging pad instead of the basic wall plug setup that most people use? If getting an electric car is so important to him, why not just get the regular charging setup?

Don’t care what it’s called. I think what most people just want to know are:

  • How effective is it?
  • How safe is it?
  • What is the risk without taking it?

Maybe skip the semantics
