Hmm. It WOULD be nice to have more people here...
Maybe we could challenge Pawb.social to some kind of fun little contest? Art contest, maybe?

They do have their place- just that place isn't "something you can just drink every day without thinking about"
Man, this situation is fucking rough.
We all want the same thing: Continuation of democracy by ensuring Trump never touches office again.
But... Biden is obviously a qualified politician, a sitting incumbent which boosts his chances of keeping the job, and doing everything he can to be a good leader. On the other hand... I mean, we all know how things ended with Ruth Bader Ginsberg. She was one of the best Supreme Court Justices ever, and because she did EXACTLY what Biden is doing now and held onto the job even when it might not be appropriate to do so... Well, that's how we got Amy Coney-Barrett, a hard right supreme court, and the complete ruination of everything good that RBG ever did, all over that one mistake.
If replacing Biden with someone else was obviously possible, it would be a no-brainer. But... IS it possible to do that without giving Trump exactly the opportunity he needs?
It's a hell of a decision. One that might not even have a right choice.
Joke's on them I love Tiamat she's fuckin' awesome. More successful evil dragon goddesses with legions of children and cool magic powers please
They haven't gone overboard with THIS one, because they already went way the fuck overboard years ago and never got back on board
Man I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and make my next machine a linux one
Listen. I do not want fucking ads in the start menu. I have no idea how to code and I can't use the command terminal to save my life but I swear to god I'm going to switch to Linux before I touch Windows 11 with a 10-foot pole
In the interest of transparency, I don't know if this guy is telling the truth, but it feels very plausible.
Alright, that one was pretty clever lmao
Hot damn. So I kind of understand why the Russians would dismiss this as a lie or a threat because yknow. War in Ukraine, Trump, etc, relations are bad to put it politely.
But can we talk about what kind of terrifying flex of power that is from US Intelligence? It's one thing to predict a terror attack on your own soil- sure your citizens quite rightfully won't like the privacy violations, but the national authorities are going to help you; so if your intelligence agency is worth the name it should stop most attacks.
But can you imagine having information access that's so damn good you can not only predict a terror attack in a nation that has an extremely vested interest in not letting you know what they're doing because they're running a war that you (and everyone else) don't like, but you feel completely confident TELLING THEM, which could risk your information sources if they're not properly hidden. This is like the Foreign Intelligence equivalent of being so far ahead of your opponent in a game that you start giving them sincere advice on how to play so that they don't get thrashed too badly.
Honestly, treating 'Evil' as just self-interested to the point of being willing to place your own desires above the wellbeing of others is actually one of my favourite takes on it, because
A) It makes it legitimately challenging but also very rewarding to be Good (I mean, what NPC isn't going to like someone that actually successfully respects their wishes and needs when helping them?)
B) It opens up Evil as a legitimate option for party members that isn't an instant dealbreaker
C) It allows you to run creatures meant to be 'inherently evil' (devils and chromatic dragons in particular) as assholes but not completely unthinking and unreasonable, which makes them a LOT scarier- these are intelligent creatures that should be just as witty and dangerous to hold a conversation with as they are to fight. A dragon that's undeniably a selfish bastard but can make compelling cases to try and out-RP the players and get them to fall into traps or hesitate to fight them, or a Devil that knows just how to play the role of a corruptor, someone who tempts the party and plays to win the big game.
Hot damn. I've seen friction between upper management before but it's literally inconceivable to me that I would ever wake up and see that level of genuine hatred from like, one of my place's senior management tweeted out to an ex-CEO.
I guess Bobby was a very special guy to the Blizzard crew, huh?
Congratulations guys!
