I've been wanting mod tools since I started using Lemmy a few months ago. Even this little bit is super helpful.

I just learned about Matrix recently. Seems like something that'd be good. What sucks about it?

I don't think anyone is saying they are owed money. But just taking the handle with nothing in return is really not nice.

They could at least give the guy like Twitter Blue for life or whatever the heck premium is called now.

A bunch have. But it can be difficult to get a whole ton of non technical consumers move to a platform that's unpolished.

I love lemmy. But it can be confusing at first to new users.

The idea of this isn't dumb... but man... the absolutely horrible execution of it makes me think they had no idea what they were doing and definitely should not have attempted it that way.

Yeah... Emphasis on the FULL stack.
