Thanks for this. I have lost a backpack of 74+ books, a pouch of gems, other things. Containers seem to be bugged somehow. Luckily, I never stashed my gold. I won't now.

The amount of time I have spent thinking about what a real DM thinks of BG3s adaptations of 5e is too damn high. The rules are all wrong, but you get Matt Mercer.

Well, GOG certainly has sales numbers at least. And Larian certainly knows how many people are playing the game. Just look at the stats they published last Friday.

I bought a super fast NVME drive just for this game as I acknowledge that I am a save scummer and hit F5 before and after anything important happens. It's muscle memory by now. Someone looks at me sideways, they get an F8 to the face.

On top of that I do periodic named saves because I left number of autosaves and quicksaves set at default 25.

I realize I haven't Got Gud at the game as quickly as a result, and do respect those that only reload after a TPK.

When watching streams, I start to stress when the player hasn't saved in the last 5 minutes. It's the price I pay.

Wolfheart is my go to for all BG3, my Youtube subscriptions list burst to probably 15 BG3 videos I'm trying very hard not to watch until I've had some time in the game.... so I'm just sitting here watching the download.

I'm currently setting up a new whole damn PC for this game. Ryzen 7000 and a 4090. I'm a weak man.

Not a popular opinion, but I love RTWP, and was sad that BG3 didn't offer the option. But I still struggle with the D&D action economy, and am forced to get better with it.
