Delete social media, seriously, it's a cancer that eats your soul.
I deleted every social media outside of Lemmy and my mental health drastically improved. I only pick up my phone to message my spouse or friends to make plans.
Disconnect from the race, your brain will thank you.
The planet literally doesn't care about us in any way. We could nuke every inch of the planet continuously for a decade and the planet will continue to spin and eventually become a lush planet full of life again.
Don't worry about the planet, we are incapable of destroying it in any meaningful way.
Both states are awful.
