Torn on this one. One of my favorite things about being a Hawks fan is that the organization isn't run by shitty people. Paul Allen seemed like a fairly cool guy. Jody Allen seems a little shakier. Not a huge fan of hers, but she's probably better than anybody we'd sell the team to.

You basically have to be a billionaire to buy a team. Billionaires on the whole seem to be terrible people. You don't make a billion dollars by being a good person. I'm not sure I could stomach rooting for a team owned by Elon Musk or some other shithead.

This is one he'll of a storyline for the Hawks. Think about the last few weeks. Beat the Rams to take the lead in the division. Beat the Niners to clinch the #1 seed. Beat the shit out of the Niners again. Beat the Rams again to advance to the Superbowl. Four straight wins against our biggest rivals to get here.

And then it's the Pats. Of course it's the Pats. Beating them would complete the redemption arc. Vanquish all our demons.

I mean, they gotta figure out some way to blame the mom before Baron gets diagnosed.

Is anybody surprised anymore? Robert Kraft is a close friend of Trump. He owns the New England Patriots. The Patriots team charter jet randomly showed up in Guantanamo Bay last spring. No explanation.
