I will say that this is not a space that's friendly to defending liberalism (even so called progressive liberals like Harris or AOC) or the use of state violence to solve any of society's problems.
With your comment in mind, and not out of any respect for electoral politics, I'll try to be more thoughtful with my criticisms in the future.
As the post text indicates, this particular graffiti was put up in the lead up to a planned far right protest in which fascists broadcast their intentions to swarm the area and harm refugees taking asylum. The answer to your question is very simple in this case.
Is the person in question a part of a far right mob attacking asylum seekers? If yes, kick their asses out of the city.
Local antifascists and punks have been in fact doing just that over the last several days there. Its really not complicated.
