I know this gets said every time a new, slightly facelifted version of a car comes out but...

I just don't know how I feel about the external looks of this car... I mean the back looks fine to me but the front just looks a little... "extra"?

Performance, sound, etc all seems as good or better than the previous gen, so thats all great.

at 3% or lower, I'd invest.

at 4% either is fine.

at 5% or more, I'd pay off loans.

At least according to CS in this link, in the short term, the price might fall because institutional investors are selling the stock, but eventually the price comes back up to reflect the actual value of the company.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the wheels and the ride height, but still a great looking ride!

If you feel that you'd be one layoff from losing the house, perhaps it's just too much to take on at this point? That sounds like a lot of stress. If I had to pick between a smaller home that I can afford, and buying a bigger place that puts me on a super tight budget, I'm picking the first option.

I also recently bought a starter home (1.5 yrs ago) that I've quickly "outgrown". But the fact is with current rates, it doesn't make a lot of sense financially for me(and probably many others) to "upgrade" yet.

Would be cool to hear from those who have and how you got started. Were there any pitfalls or things you would have done differently?

I bought this game on sale for $2.50 like 6 months after it came out. I've gone back and replayed it so many times because they just keep releasing new huge updates. Best purchase ever...
