I would recommend Kill 6 Billion Demons, Bouletcorp (though it's English site has been very wonky to me recently, the French site works fine), Gunnerkrigg Court, Devil's Candy and Unsounded.
They are all long-runners with beast archives to match. Specially Gunnerkrigg Court, it has been going strong since 2005 with 89 chapters (around 20 to 30 pages each though it varies) and counting.
This week, a little Citizen Sleeper, a little of a Doom wad called Lost Civilization and No Man's Sky on Switch.
