A Linux implementation of Microsoft's Powertoys. Having all those utility features in one app would be great.

This time I'm not convinced. I see this as a ploy to quarantine apps they dont like but are legitimate e.g "Yet another call blocker"

I'm sure the PWA is the one that's being talked about here. Notice the "new Outlook app" in the title.

"A bigger change than the upgrade of the memory type is the fact that the memory is no longer partially soldered: E14 G6 and E16 G1 have two SO-DIMM slots now for up to 64 GB of completely upgradeable memory."

Instant View is now available for Telegram Desktop on Windows and MacOS.

I'm so excited for this feature because I use Unigram as my main client for IV. It's one of the most requested feature on bugs.telegram.org. I hope they add support for Linux.

Lenovo is doing a reversal when it comes to the repairability of its ThinkPad T series: The new Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 features two SO-DIMMs and a user-replaceable internal battery. To prove its progress in modularity, the Chinese manufacturer had it reviewed by iFixit - the new ThinkPad laptop scored a near perfect 9.3/10.

This is awesome stuff. I like the direction Proton is taking of slowly adding services. I hope they get to build a web browser sooner. Hopefully not based on Chromium but Firefox (Gecko).

I've always wondered, is he smiling or not? The more I look at it the more I think he's the male version of Mona Lisa.

I've been an avid Telegram user for quite some time now and I've noticed something interesting lately. Whatsapp, which has historically lagged behind Telegram in terms of features, seems to be rolling out new updates at a faster pace. It almost feels like they hired a developer from Telegram.

It's hard to ignore some of the recent additions to Whatsapp that Telegram has had for ages. Examples are

- Multiple device support: Not quite the way it's implemented in TG but close.

- Channels

- Block calls from non-contacts

While it's possible that WA dev team has stepped up their game and Meta(Facebook) is known for blatantly copying features, I can't help but wonder if there's something more going on behind the scenes.
