Anyone know whether china support a group inside Myanmar? As far as I understand a stable Myanmar would help china get a better route to the sea, bypassing singapore.

Anyone know whether maybe china supported Cuba by sending solar panels? It was always a big risk for Cuba that they need energy imports.
