Have this card. Picked up a few months ago at 199. Have had it in a few different machines and ran some benchmarks. Does pretty well, all things considered.

I listen to a bit of the left and right leaning local talk radio stations. I try to read articles from varied sources. Krystal Ball can get under my skin, but I watch or listen to Breaking Points. If something moves me I try to follow up on the source material. Diversify. Decentralize. Whatever you want to call it. But get your news from several places.

Microsoft buying Activision/Blizzard would be the best thing to happen to WoW in a long time.

HOAs suck. I agree with most. But do your due diligence BEFORE purchasing a home in an HOA. If you don't, that's on you and your realtor. Do better.

It's not something I do every day but I was taught how to do simple math and retained it. Again, it's not the cash I'm concerned with.

It's not about counting the cash, it's about being able to count using different amounts. Adding them together and being accurate. I don't care about the money part of my statement. I care that people graduating high school and college aren't able to what should be simple addition.

Ask a few to count different cash denominations at once. I've seen college grads fail at it. How can someone that's been educated not count 1s, 5s, and 10s? Throw in coins and you may see a head explode. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Discovering podcasts. It was my first device with an RSS feed. Nerdblurb. Every so often I think about Edgar and Jose.
