I can see your point but if I said I was a man and wasnt able to provide any evidence for and use to make a professional activity that s more than just an activity but a way of life and suddenly I stop to attend any of thoses that ask me to be tested to proove I am a man, you can understand how it raise suspicions ?

You have that right at least in Europe. The nuance is that website provinding content can choose to not serve it to you. Or something like that but maybe more complexe.
