So "Elizabeth" from before, I guess I will call by their more "neutral" name "Alex" since they use any pronouns but prefer neutral with a slight preference on she.

So, Alex can be a bit freaky but I honestly don't mind because they're really cute and not like this all the time, in fact, they're mainly really friendly most of the time! They were thinking about dating me according to one of their friends but I was thinking about video calling first because we're online friends, we may not be able to meet IRL, and because I wanna see if they're legit obviously first.

After I call them, though, I'm really nervous. How should I go about asking them out?

This is a genuine question. I've always had an interest in learning languages and I have a list I want to learn. I am already somewhat decent in Spanish, so I'm picking up that, practicing my Portuguese, going to learn French and Italian, maybe German, learning Polish, and possibly Russian.

I already canceled the idea of living in Russia due to obvious reasons, but will I have any need to learn the language? Will it be useful? Will that be offensive? Many people HATE Russia and the language.

Hi, so I'm very young and this may change, but I wanna get started at learning a language anyway. I either wanna go to Germany, Austria, Poland, or Italy. According to the Wikipedia, I believe Italy speaks the least amount of English out of the 4.

However, which country would have what I'm looking for: rich culture (probably all), good writing inspiration, friendly people, cheap places but still good to live, good pay for jobs like teachers, and in need of English education. Also, not a lot of far-right, homophobic/Nazi groups (I'm a lesbian).

Hi, so I have some choices:

I can either go to somewhere in Sicily, maybe Trapani, and learn Italian

I can go to somewhere in Poland, maybe Zakopane with the mountains, and learn Polish despite it being a hard language. The course is shorter on Busuu.

Or I could learn both German and Poland and live somewhere in Poland by the German border. Or I could live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Liechtenstein.

So, I (15F) have a girlfriend Amy (17F). But I'm polyamorous so I'm also talking to another girl Elizabeth (15F). I started talking to Elizabeth after a mutual friend introduced me to her and we're getting to know each other and find out if we like each other. We also are gonna video call and plan to meet up.

However, Elizabeth is also a trans girl so Dad won't let me see her if he knows she's trans, so I have to say she's a boy (she uses any pronouns, so...) and I will just use her more masculine/gender-neutral name "Alex".

Also, how do I have sex with her, because I'm curious, without getting pregnant and having my family know what's going on?

Elizabeth is also really freaky, us being teens and all, and I feel like she's changing me with her views on sex and all. My mutual friend of hers said she would definitely fuck me if we met up and started dating, and like I said, I am curious. I just don't understand what happened to turn me from mainly asexual/ace spectrum to really horny for this person.

I will not be impulsive and just get to know her more but DAMN. She (or the picture she sent of me) is also CUTE???

I keep hearing stuff like that Poland has bad air and that only half the locals are nice and such and that Italians are so much friendlier, the country's sunnier, and "don't ever go to Poland, you wouldn't like it there".

Some people say just vacation to both countries, girlfriend says live in Italy but vacation in Poland, and my dad and uncle say to vacation in Italy but live in Poland.

I'm still young so I won't worry about it now, but which seems to be more welcoming, more opportunities, and clean to live and all? Both seem about the same to me and both seem very culturally rich and pretty.

So, my dad and uncle both dislike immigrants and think they're all undocumented. Also, my uncle thinks only white people exist in Europe and he "likes it that way" despite it not being true.

Also, my uncle wishes the U.S., where I live, would be all-white and our ancestors are immigrants too because we're not Native Americans.

Weird...

Like, they're also fine with white immigrants (my dad), but my uncle hates all immigrants and they're always like "Speak English!" when they hear a Hispanic person talk...

Hi, I'm a 15-year-old girl in sophomore year of high school. Here's the thing: on my dad's side, there was a couple from Poland who met and came to America. Those people were my great-grandparents. Therefore, when they had a kid, they had my Polish grandpa.

He was not taught any Polish though, but my Dad and uncle, who are his sons, are very proud to be Polish-American.

Anyway, my uncle happens to be an alcoholic or used to be and was quite self-centered, always using me for things like getting back together with my biological aunt who he is no longer with. Now he's with his new wife, my new aunt, who also happens to be Polish and speaks it, but she won't help teach me because she doesn't like me.

Well, basically he said his favorite country was Poland and his favorite region was Europe because there was "only white people" and "no evil immigrants", but he wants to move to Poland even though he's technically American so that would kind of be like being an immigrant when he moves there.

I know I already posted here, but my aunt (who is my dad's brother's wife) is so rude to me. One time she tried to hit me, called me names, called me a "weirdo" and stuff, and thought I was subhuman and abnormal.

So hi, my friend said made a post (now deleted) asking for advice on my situation. Well, now I will vent about it. So this woman seemed nice and said she could read my future. I knew it was fake but it seemed fun and innocent, and it was free so I said sure.

And keep in mind I'm only a sophomore in high school, 15 years old. She then asked so she could do more "accurate readings" on stuff like who my future girlfriend would be, she had to get photos of my chest and hipbones and asked for more and more revealing skin each time.

So I blocked her but I feel bad and I'm still kinda attached and regret blocking her because she said she would introduce me to a friend who was also a 15 yr old sophomore but then she wouldn't give away who it was right away and I didn't wanna keep this up.

According to the staff, I can no longer kiss my girlfriend. Not on the lips, not on the cheek, nor can my two sapphic friends who are dating.

However, there are so many straight kids who get away with the kissing and PDA.
