I agree - in the long term they might endure but they have to adapt and overcome their own tardiness this far.

Linux should be a much better alternative since it's both open source, and can be developed in Europe.

I would probably pick this up if it were out on console. Would be great if possible to run on the Nintendo Switch 2 tbh.
