Stoat (formerly called Revolt) is potentially that. I tried it a while back and it was still rough around the edges, but the potential was there. Open source and has potential for self hosting.

They aren’t desperate for Venezuela’s oil, but they are extremely motivated to keep it from Russia; and also to keep Venezuela from further developing BRICS, though Lula is carrying that front for the U.S. for now. Destabilizing Iran is all about denying those resources to Russia and BRICS; I assume aggression against Venezuela follows the same imperial reasoning.
