Not going to lie, I might try an egg and cress cuppa just for a lark.
The only reason I can think of to maybe do this is to have an SFW identity and an NSFW identity, and then you would just have your SFW on an instance that blocks NSFW, and your NSFW on an instance that does not.
Your identity is tied to your instance for example I am @bwok_bwok@lemmy.world and anyone who interacts with me from another instance can see that. And if someone chooses the same name at another instance they are a different identity, and the two don't really cross-pollinate, just make sure to include your instance with your username whenever you share it.
You really don't need an account on every Lemmy server. If you just pick one that meets your needed values, you can access all the other federated Lemmy content on other instances.

I had the money chilling in my steam wallet from selling off extra collectibles, and I'm going to buy it eventually anyhow. I slept on the original game for way longer than I meant to because of all the shit talk, kinda wish I hadn't done.

I don't really know, but as far as actual fertility(the ability to become pregnant, rather than just birth rates (the rate at which people have children). It is more likely to be down to pollution like microplastics and lead in the water and the like.
Possibly even rising temperatures, don't spermatozoa die above 78°F/25.5°C? So if men can't cool off their junk, they can't get anything worthwhile delivered to the egg? I'm no biologist so I'm iffy on that one.
