Idk I thought it was interesting enough to watch once. I agree that it lacked substance, but I thought Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, and Cailee Spaeny were pretty good

The horrors of working class people being paid a slightly less unlivable wage would be unimaginable

I worked retail at a discount clothing store and my experience was that the type of customers who needed to save money on clothes were often very stressed out by their financial situation and took it out on the staff (at least that's my most charitable interpretation)

So they fall into a water-logged end portal (negating the fall damage) but why do they immediately teleport back to the overworld instead of onto the end platform? Mods?

I'm not a professional electrician by any stretch of the imagination, but I have done plenty of home remodeling and I've literally never seen the backstabbing holes used. Though most of the houses I've worked on were built before ~2006

All of the books I've read over the last few years have been ePubs on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 because yarr, but if I read them for longer than an hour I start to get a headache. For that reason alone I think physical books are far superior.

Daniel Craig's Casino Royale was so good because it did something new; it flipped the series on its head and that was a refreshing change of pace. Realistically gritty action thrillers have dominated the genre ever since. Diluting that with Marvel-esque writing or generic spin-offs would be such a letdown.

I'm not sure what I want next from the Bond franchise, but a Marvel influence is definitely not it.
