I tried dvorak in 2008 and was using it for about 6 months. The thing that really tripped me was the keyboard shortcuts. I was just too used to the QWERTY setup. Did you have to overcome this, and if so, how?

Cody basically says it's just a video on climate change (which people are reluctant to watch) but to grab their attention, it's ACTUALLY a video TO Jordan - an idiot's idea of a smart person - about climate change.

I really like how he explains stuff. Looking forward to part 2.

Yep, and cooking is easier and safer (I don't need to worry about cross contamination)

Being vegan is way cheaper and that's not even accounting for the massive subsidies the meat and dairy industries get, from our taxes.

"I'm going to head to the bathroom."

"Be careful! There might be bears."

At March 12th of this year, we'll likely hit 366 days, an entire (leap) year of record breaking temperatures.

Unfortunately, I am allergic to morphine, wake me up when they can turn sugar into Dilaudid.

Or better yet, morphine into fully baked sugar cookies.

Republicans have at long last elected a House speaker: Representative Mike Johnson, a fundamentalist Christian who was alsoem once called a key “architect” in Congress’s efforts to overthrow the 2020 election.

Than it was.

Not just nostalgia tinted glasses, it really was better in the earlier years.

Yes, but also that hating a government (or even just decisions of a government) doesn't extend to hating people across the globe who identify with the same religion that government is using to oppress people.

(American Jew who hates what Israel is doing)

Thanks for that! I also got an ebike this year, sub $1,000. Gets me to work and back, local grocery stores, and is fun! I'm voting to increase my city's biking infrastructure.

Carrots keep better than leafy greens, buy carrots. Tortillas keep better than bread, and they take up less space, but I recognize you don't need that.

  • Carrot and hummus wrap
  • Carrots dipped in: hummus, other bean dip, or peanut butter.
  • Carrots and rice with a sauce on it. (this might be the most involved)

Additionally, if you're able: carrots can be grown with little effort. But you need the space.

Oatmeal is good and cheap. I agree apples or pears would be good with it. Try to get just whatever fruit or nuts are on sale for that.

Annie's makes a good vegan Mac and cheese.
