For story driven ones i liked To the Moon, that others have mentioned, Finding Paradise, OneShot, and The coffin of andy and leyley (which is still ongoing). Some that have combat but are still focused on a story are Omori, and End roll. Almost all games where you go eventually go into someone's mind, i'm noticing now.

For a normal moon that is true, but just the other day there was a lunar eclipse and i almost couldn't see it by naked eye! It was also moving quite fast in the sky, so i had to compromise with a 1s exposure at 3200 ISO. Earth's shadow was also slowly moving away so each minute the contrast between the lightened and darkened parts of the moon was increasing. I used a 300mm, the longest i got. There was also a lot of light pollution, i think that's why the sky appears so bright in the image, while in reality it was quite dark.
Woops, i've left Celeste in while re-writing the list, that's not an RPG maker game
And i didn't know about the sequel until now, that's a shame
I've not seen many RPG maker games mentioned here, so i'll do my part. These are a lot of my favourites through the years:
- To the moon
- Finding paradise

- Celeste
- Omori
- End roll
There are also a lot of them that i've not played but i've watched full playtroughs of, like IB, Hello Charlotte, Lisa, ... and most recently The coffin of Andy and Leyley
One game i would also like to add is Rain World, which is a 2d survival platformer, a bit challenging, but i would argue it's also a "metroidbrania" if you know the genre, games that have knowledge as gates rather than keys or power-ups like metroidvanias. Some notable examples are Outer wilds or Return of obra dinn, who others have already mentioned
Got it... and the Beach episode is news to me, guess I also need to catch up now!
What do you think about Finding Paradise? I liked it even more than the previous
I like to read only finished mangas, so I don't know if I'm not up to date here, but: at the moment i'm reading The Dragon, the Hero, and the Courier. It's a medieval fantasy manga that is mostly a comedy and seems a bit silly, but i really like that many interactions and events seem to have consequences later on, and are not one-time gags (unlike many other comedies). I also find interesting that the author at the end of each chapter likes to tell some trivia about the Middle Ages, how it is often adapted in fantasy manga, and how they choose to do it.
A common blackbird singing! They are very melodic and each song is different. I also like european robin songs, and pidgeon coos, the latter which are really relaxing to hear among all urban noises (if you don't have a nest in the rooftop, in that case it may be more annoying, rather)
