The 25% raise is actually a 13% raise then 4% more each year. This barely keeps up with the rate of inflation and isn't a real raise. They are also trying to increase the rate at which they cap out their pay.

I've only ever gotten the drinks. It's really sweet but not in a sugary way kinda sour ish but that may be the flavor pairing. The tons of tiny chunks are comparable to jello in a way but are more dense. They're really quite good. Super quenching. It's also kinda thicker than it looks but not like overwhelmingly so.
