Linux Mint c'est vraiment pas mal pour un débutant, c'est très user-friendly. Tu peux installer KDE sans soucis.

Inscrit toi dans un club de sport, n'importe lequel, tant que tu aimes ce que tu fais. Ça te forcera à y aller, en plus tu auras des personnes au tour de toi ce qui te motivera. Les sports de combats sont imo un bon moyen pour perdre du poids, tu auras beaucoup de cardio + des techniques vis-à-vis du sport en question (par exemple si tu fais du JJB, tu apprendras des techniques de self-défense au sol etc...)
