No, I got their point and I got your point before it. Only one of you was rude and trying to shut down discussion.
I actually agree with you about wisneberg as an actor but I think the other poster is right in that it was a mediocre movie.

Nope, it’s a pie.
So they shouldn’t disagree?
I think last time, the tariffs placed on USA were threatened by China against his voting base. Mainly agricultural states.
Short term, the countries that can’t say no, will say yes. However, they will seek alternative markets for purchase and sale. It damages the relationship for short term gain, all paid by the business and American consumer.
Aldi don’t stock niche products. You don’t need to buy canned products like that weekly. Their entire business model is less stock, higher turnover and own brand for most things to control the supply chain more.
In a cost of living crisis, you can olan your shop around what’s in store. If you save, what looks like 25% at Aldi, if enough people shop there, it puts pressure on Cole’s and woolies. Personally, I shop in Aldi, and can get most things there, ut if they don’t have something, I pop into another shop. I had the same experience with woolies and Cole’s. Woolies has a wider selection but it’s still not infinite and store dependent. They might have 5 types of things I never buy, but they don’t necessarily have what I need for my recipe.
Some would still come, but much less. I personally have chosen to avoid travel in USA during trump 1. I would again if things get crazy. I know that Australia, for instance, lists USA as risky for gun violence and demonstrations. It particularly calls out election and inauguration as to be avoided. It's still noted as safe, but not as safe as Australia due to general violent crime. https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/destinations/americas/united-states-america
Depends where. It has allies and has enemies and frenemies. Since Trumps first term, it's viewed as more unstable and unreliable. I don't think his second term will alter that view. America was a lone superpower after the fall of ussr. So, it provided stability. Now with the rise of China, and a more unified EU, it's less powerful, but still the most powerful. The USA has done some terrible atrocities and continues to support many. The most recent being the current genocide in Gaza. Do you think Palestinians view the USA as a bad actor?
It's a collective noun
Having a rule of law and consequences for breaking them makes investments safer. It’s part of why the USA and eu and even Russia spend so much money on bases internationally. To allow free trade and exert power. If Russia can invest in Europe for profit while taking from other countries with impunity, the rule of law is moot.
Lol, he's part of the cabal that pushed for Brexit. One step forward in reaction to two steps back is not to his credit.
