Everyone has their own opinion about this topic, but if it weren't for wanting to make the world a better place for my son, I wouldn't care as much about the climate, I probably wouldn't be vegan. I would probably still be living my life day in, day out ignoring the natural world in a grey fog.

Yeah, they held up very well actually. I expected them to get soggy but even the next day they were firm.
Thank you! It was pretty rad! This is the recipe I used but I added garam masala, coriander, cumin, bay leaf and cardamom as well and toned the tomato down a bit.
