Ich finde es erschreckend, dass ich in den Kommentaren auch Punkte finde, die meine Mutter gerne anbringt, zum Beispiel:

• die werden gut bezahlt, deren Geldstrafen werden von Gönnern bezahlt
• die sind faul und stehen mittags erst auf
• haben teure Handys aus teuren Materialien
• die fliegen in den fernen Urlaub
• die verwenden Klebstoffe und verpesten die Umwelt
• die sollten ihr Geld lieber in Dinge stecken, die helfen: Photovoltaik, Bäume pflanzen etc

Wo kommen diese Punkte her und vorallem, sind die irgendwie in Wahrheit basiert? Wie kann man fachlich untermauert dagegen halten? Ich mache mir immer mehr Sorgen um sie, ein Tablet und Smartphone waren keine gute Idee für einen Frau, die vom Leben enttäuscht ist.

The terms left and right heavily depend on the country, because those terms are relative. While in the USA democrats might be left of the republicans, the democrats would be considered mid-right in Germany, because there parties that are left relative to them. This might even be more extreme in countries like Norway or Iceland.

On the other hand there republicans could be thought of as mid-right in other countries, but I tend to avoid going there.
