The breach was because of an unsecured API endpoint. No actual auth codes were leaked. without 2FA the attacker would just need your password and email to get account access.

Good question. You would need to start by changing all your account passwords. Next export your 2 factor auth codes. Import your auth codes in a good open source auth app. Then, one by one set new auth codes for your accounts.

This should be sufficient to protect your online accounts.

Summary

  • Authy is a 2FA app that recently suffered a data breach that exposed more than 33 million phone numbers.
  • An unsecured API endpoint allowed threat actors to collect linked numbers.
  • If you think your personal information might be among the 33 million leaked numbers, consider securing your accounts with 2FA and be wary of SMS phishing attacks.

This is a foldable phone. Weight is a higher factor here compared to regular smartphones. Still compared to galaxy fold 5 with its 4400mah battery and 25w charging. This is much superior with its 5000mah battery which also supports 66w fast charging

The red color option looks cool. Unfortunately, 6s gen 3 doesn't cut it IMO.

Does it allow you to install apks without ads? Apkmirror may have an issue with that and block the client from their site.

They had approached obtainum and reached a mutual agreement to remove app installations to avoid blockage.

If it was easy to make better processors everyone would be doing that. The exynos 2400 improved much more compared to previous generations. Better heat spread will mean improved performance and thermals. As for efficiency newer nodes should improve on this front.

Hmm, for your use case face unlock should be more reliable.

TL;DR

  • Samsung is reportedly working on a new cooling solution for future Exynos smartphone processors.
  • This packaging tech is apparently derived from PCs and servers and sees a type of heatsink attached to the top of the processor.
  • Work on the tech could be completed by Q4 2024, suggesting the Exynos 2500 could potentially use it.
