You have completely misunderstood the premise of regional pricing. Games were "practically free" in these countries because the average income is much lower than in e.g the US or Western Europe. The augmentation in pricing means that many Turks and Argentinians can no longer afford AAA games.

One of my favourite Interpol songs, and overall Marauder (2018) is a really good album. Many people (particularly critics) dislike the album and prefer their older stuff but I think this album has some really good riffs, especially on The Rover and Number 10.

Personally I have an external CD drive plugged into my computer into MusicBee and then also a portable one with a case for on the go :)
