Hi everyone!

Hopefully I'm not breaking any self promotion guidelines (I checked and didn't find any rules against it, but please let me know if there are), but I'm wondering if anyone would like to try a free demo for my game, Cirrus Business. In a nutshell, the goal involves restoring the in-game environment by magical agriculture -- and there is a bit of strategy involved, as well as two small in-game mini-games! You're also accompanied by a few zany animal friends that will help you along the way.

Any sort of feedback would be highly appreciated especially since it's my very first game! We really do want it to be as enjoyable as possible for everyone.

F-Zero GX in HD with wide screen support would be amazing. It might even happen since F-Zero 99 seems to be pretty popular.

Nonograms were you also have to take color into account (like Pic-a-Pix Deluxe) makes a great game even better imho.

My thesis covered optoelectronic measurements of nanomaterials for novel photovoltaics. Even as a kid, I wanted some sort of career researching alternative energy, but those jobs sadly don't exist.

I've coded with comic neue https://comicneue.com/ over the last few years. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm a Data Scientist (physics PhD) for a large enterprise company. I've been in this field for the last decade and I'm kinda bored with it. I'm not exactly sure what to do next though....

I mainly play abstracts nowadays for their quick setup/cleanup time - Yinsh, Hive, Blokus Duo are some of my favorites.

Trying things at random with a healthy amount of 'git reset' is my go-to learning strategy. And, thanks for link! (just joined)

Yeah, UI containers are a little weird in Godot. Maybe a center-container (https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/classes/class_centercontainer.html) as parent node would help?

I'm working on my story-driven farming game! The gameplay involves growing a bunch of magical crops to incrementally transform each biome from a "bad" to "good" state. I've had a ton of fun developing it over the last few years! Here's the steam page (if curious): https://store.steampowered.com/app/2381040/Cirrus_Business/
