Hijacking this post for another font-related suggestion.
In compact view, the font size in the home view is smaller than the post and comment size.
Ideally, they should be the same size.
I misread that as imposter, which made sense to me for a moment.
It might be checking for specific root-related files on your device.
I'd say seeing content from random accounts that I don't follow would be part of that.
For the time being, you can go to Settings → Accessibility → Per-App Setting (all the way at the bottom) → Add App → Memmy → Larger Text

I think one place the indicator can be placed would be beside the community name and the instance that it's from.
