Absolutely same, but I've been switching from Opera. I was kind-of veteran Firefox user but my primary browser for many years was Opera. By 2025, Firefox became slow and bloated as hell, even it's visual design (on mobile at least). I've tried a couple of forks, but they were either slow or ugly in my opinion. But Waterfox was not slow and it's look is exactly what I need: modern but not bloated. So I switched immediately.

I tried Librewolf too, and I just disliked the design, and it was also very slow for no reason.

Update: I've abandoned rescuing the USB and just flashed another iso with balenaetcher, and it booted normally. According to my previous experience, the USB will be fine once formatted from this state. But I would still like to know how to rescue dead USBs like in my case. So, don't use ventoy unless you really understand what you are doing.

I've formatted a USB after it was used for an iso with ventoy, and now the usb doesn't work. Google says I have to clear the USB, create a primary partition and format it to fat32 (via diskpart) but I'm stuck with "no volume for this partition". "Create volume" doesn't help: it says the disk isn't dynamic What should I do?

Do you use any forks instead of default Firefox? If yes, which ones and why?

I lack friends to discuss interests with. I want to study programming but have no peers in the field. They say "Hang around five billionaires, and you'll become the sixth", and I believe this statement is a crucial thing about personal development. Networking is not my strong point, and communities often gatekeep unexperienced newbies. So, how do I actually find interest-based buddies?

I've switched some default apps in Android 9, but they're occasionally resetting back to the preinstalled system options. How do I prevent it and why does it even happen?
