Me too, but I still prefer this place to reddit. I have the same exact gripe: those that must be the most right. I've just found a lot more of them on reddit than lemmy. I have lost count of the amount of times I start to write something on reddit, then imagine how someone somewhere, from some angle, can decide to be offended if they want to, then just delete the comment. It definitely happens on lemmy too, it's just in my experience it has happened less here, so I have been more willing to type out comments here. It really sucks that this has not been your experience.

We can also review our favourite Lemmy client.

I suppose I should have tried mastodon by now but the Twitter/bluesky type platforms never appealed to me.

It took me far too long to get from worm to wyrm 🤦‍♂️

It was easy to teach and we are not into complex or heavy games. We do play a lot of games like Innovation, Dominion, Clank etc.

I did decide to give Watcher to the most advanced player at the table though, and ironclad to the one who gets tired early 😅

During boss fights it's best to have one person count the damage. We haven't won yet, but this is an expected part of the spire experience.

The sleeves spontaneously broke after a while, but they replaced then free of charge.

We really enjoy it, and I'm the only one in the group who has played the digital version. It's a great implementation, hope you and your group have fun with it.

It might honestly be 3D World on the WiiU. I loved SMW on the snes and all, but SM3DW was the first one to make me smile like I was a kid again. Champions road was just the right difficulty for me.

Paper Mario on the gamecube probably doesn't count, but that was also a lot of fun.

Yeah OK this is way better. I was just being stubborn stuck in my Sync ways.

Cheers, have added both to my list

That's correlation not causation. We all know the root cause was the tan suit.

I've seen Archer far too many times. Funniest animated I've ever seen and I kinda want to watch it again. Gotta stop when the writers change at s10 tho.

Patriot is an amazing TV show that I've seen three times. It's a thriller, I guess. Quite funny but they play it straught. Reminds me of Fargo.

Edit because how on earth did I not mention True Detective season 1.

These three shows I will definitely watch again when I get time. Amazing attention to detail in each of them.

Gladiator (that battle tune is timeless) Gone in 60 seconds Human Traffic Snatch & Lock Stock Guardians of the Galaxy I am Sam Magnolia

All make regular appearances.

Hotline Miami, Doom and Sim City are game OSTs that also get a lot of play time. Honourable mentions for Dark Reign, Spirit Farer and This War of Mine

We had this ad playing constantly in the 90s and for some reason I want to see it again. It was that special brand of terrible corporate "rap" of the time. The laces were colourful and curly I think.

Anyone remember this and have a link to the ad? Sorry for vague childhood memory.
