People are getting the their pitchforks out but I think they are misunderstanding. Opensubtitles.ORG is being replaced by opensubtitles.COM. They just are stopping access to the ORG website. I have already migrated to the COM website for a while. And a 20 downloads/a day limit for free users is very reasonable.

For that kind of money I would start a new life in a normal country and have decent healthcare.

I also had a commute of about 17min with car. The same route with an electric bike takes me 35min. I'm not out of breath with it and I still have some exercise. I still take my car when it rains.

Why is everyone comparing it so a service that has a ton of overhead like having to pay artists, tons of servers and storage, etc..

I'm really digging Liftoff! It can use some customisation features, but it is pretty good as is. I think I will keep using it since the adfree price of sync is a bit too high for me.

Jup bitwarden is pretty awesome! I use a self hosted vaultwarden. You can link it with the bitwarden browser extensions.

You can share your plex library. So the person can stream from your files. Pretty easy to set up.
