It’s interesting to me the number of people I have met that find cooking brings them joy or happiness. It’s cool and all, but, for me a little odd. Probably because I eat to survive and not to enjoy.

That is a very fair and valid statement! Animals in general always seem to be a bright spot for people. Unless of course said animal is trying to eat them… then maybe not so much 🙂

I guess in a sense calm and contentment could be a form of happiness or joy. Not sure everything has to be a huge emotional experience.

The cool thing for you is that there are so many other folks who enjoy it. Plenty of people to share with.

Wow, so you actually got to join the circus!! I assume it’s not a traveling show but still… have to say, I’m a little jealous. I think a lot of us would like to do something like that.

I’ve met a few folks that have said the same about art. I think for some it’s a truly ingrained “thing they must do”.

While the internet can be a crappy place most of the time, I’d like to think once in a while it can at least be fun, friendly, and helpful.

There may still be hope for The Mars Trilogy… it’s not 2026 yet… then again “waves hands around at everything”… we may have to settle for the story.
