It's weird that PHEVs are just now taking off when BEVs are becoming more viable.

Planning on hopping on as soon as the kid's in bed!

This but I don't have time or knowledge.

Why does a game cost that much to make? I'm not saying every game should be an indie, but given what indies can accomplish it's a little ridiculous to spend $125 million.

This is the first one I've read that feels over explained. I think this would be funnier if it didn't have the "when birds don't read" text.

Mortal Kombat. I know it's technically inferior but I find the style and characters a lot of fun.

Or just go out and get COVID, easy.

I mean, that's very uncommon. TTW is notorious for taking a long time to install. Most installers that are not bizarrely CPU heavy will work fine.

It’s also occasionally easier to install non-Steam games on a desktop and transfer over the files but that’s mostly just about saving time.

And honestly that would be solved with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

They're also doing the same thing with Google Play - arguing that collecting user emails for osm login doesn't count as collecting data.

D3 at launch had no endgame at all, much like D2. It was just farm bosses in the campaign until you got better gear to move to the next difficulty, rinse and repeat. Now, it did take longer because the game was balanced around the auction house. You were incredibly unlikely to find gear that would carry you into the next difficulty, so buying gear was generally the strategy to get you to the next difficulty. Then you could sell the gear you farmed there. It wasn't really an issue on Normal/Nightmare, but it was on Hell/Inferno.

Ha fair point. I'd argue though that if you never, say, took the steps of getting to the NFL then you didn't make an "attempt."

But yeah, in your analogy it's more like his team didn't make it to the playoffs.

I'm thinking Crusader or Witch Doctor because of the speed build buffs to both, but I don't know. I'm sure DH/Monk will still outclass them.

I'm in the market for a new laptop. I'm currently considering the Framework 16 but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should look at. The System 76 Adder WS seems like a better value, but I'm hesitant to buy Nvidia.

I don't need anything super portable, just looking for a decently powerful laptop for some gaming and other basic tasks. I use openSUSE TW but even with the Nvidia repo I've had issues with Nvidia graphics.

I let myself get caught up in my Diablo nostalgia and bought D4. I trudged through the campaign but I just can't get into the endgame at all. Yet I jump into Diablo 3 again and have a blast. And they're still doing balance changes and even adding new features in this update.

Diablo 4 just feels so much like early Diablo 3. Loot isn't rewarding, it feels like you're wasting your time with a lot of the grinding, etc... I had hoped Blizzard would have learned since they really improved D3 over the years, yet it seems to repeat so many of the same mistakes.

There goes my dream of an Agents of Mayhem sequel.

Beyond excited for this. I thought they were done after the last expansion. It will be cool to get a transforming mastery in GD also.
