Nothing more than a YouTube video on oiling. Probably the first one that popped up in the search. I bought a kit online that had the oil and a few oiling pins - cost 30 bucks or so. This clock would run, but just for a few minutes before stopping. So I'm hoping it just needs a little less friction in life.

It hasn't run since the '90s. I inherited it from my grandfather, but never took the time to get it running again. Fingers crossed that all it needed was a little TLC.

But ... What does one do with 22 tonnes of cheddar? Is there a cheesy black market? Can you buy a wheel off a guy for Bitcoin?

Yes he did. Its the holes. The holes move.

But beyond circuits I, the OC is right. It quickly gets into field theory, where electricity in wires is just a special case.

The FCC governs all (non-government use) frequencies in the US - terrestrial and satellite.

However, the emergency waiver probably has more to do with the cell bands than satellite. Normally the cell frequencies are heavily regulated and planned to avoid interference between carrier towers. Having a satellite suddenly start broadcasting on the frequencies that your phone uses is going to confuse the neck out of the terrestrial network - unless that network happens to be washed away by a flood.

I put trash on the curb knowing the kids next door will pick it up and use it. They love to score new stuff, and I love seeing an old bicycle or chair getting new love.

I guess I don't understand this feature. Is there an advantage in using worktrees rather than multiple clones? Is it mainly for IDE integration?

I have a theory that this is the next iteration of Internet. A private internet linked by vpn over the public Internet. Probably already exists in some form over Tor or in dusty Pirate communities. All we need is a no-commercial-entities clause and a Yahoo clone and we could rock like it's 1994!

Brilliant! I'd use that as Carsick Mode myself. Maybe then I could read a map in the passenger seat without hurling into the driver's lap.
