To be fair, before all this nonsense, this is what made Twitter unique and important. Twitter was the one way through social media "the average Joe" could be heard on the public stage. No normal person is getting time on the news.
Because of its short format the message had to be simple and concise, which made it special in the social media space. Someone saying something about a current event and then the "semi-democratization" process of being shared and liked or whatever the mechanism was (never was a user), and that message then making it into the news media, was a good thing. It actually was an opportunity for normal people to have a voice. And not just for Americans but for people in other countries who have even less of a voice.
Which is why the current events are so ironic, all of that being ruined, in the name of the billionaire morons claim of "free speech platform." He couldn't even see the perspective I'm coming from because he has a path to the public stage.
If every human had to learn from step one we'd never progress. Taking lessons from past experiences is valid in many ways. The alternate side of that is many humans must make their own mistakes to learn those lessons. It's why we rarely listen to our parents. And unfortunately many humans require a group to belong to, as our evolutionary history required the social collective to survive. Which is why religion has been so powerful, especially once the con men realized they could use that "flaw" in human evolution to manipulate people. So for sure we should always be skeptical about being led by others. But I'm afraid the "concept" of religion (groupthink) will likely never go away - it's a huge part of what makes us social creatures. But I absolutely agree that "religion" as a generalization is fucked.

Does Jellyfin have you open the app, type in a 4 character code, and then just work? I'm assuming it doesn't. So that is why.
If Jellyfin requires any more effort than that - EVEN if it's simply entering a username and password with a TV remote, that is extra work.

I realize my input is mostly meaningless and I didn't downvote you, but what I think is funny about this whole thread is that the game mechanics and turn based combat are fantastic. I don't really think those points are subjective, those are literally two of the main things that make the game great. The dynamic aspect of the elements and the surfaces and how those all interplay are just really well done. I'm not in any way saying you should like them, but if you've played Pillars and other similar games and are not just a "random dumb shooter" player I'd personally imagine you could be objective about the good parts of the game and still just acknowledge, "but I just couldn't get into it." Or "I can see where they were going with the mechanics but I think it's too much." (Which would be valid criticism) To me that's why you're being downvoted.
