Sounds like anaerobic fermentation! I have had some seriously funky and delicious beans that went through that process. I even saw one that did the same, but introduced peaches into the fermentation to attempt to impart some of that flavor as well.

Absolutely no memes please. Right now, r/games is easily the subreddit that I miss the most, and it's because it was entirely news and discussion focused. I sincerely hope I can turn to this community for most of my gaming news, and don't want to see an influx of memes.

I made a post around a week ago that really took off, and figured we are probably going to see a small spike in activity due to the reddit migration, so I thought we could give it another go!

There are always tons of posts about what beans you are brewing, but my question is HOW are you brewing those beans this week? Sticking to the tried and true v60? Pick up a new Orea and still figuring out the best recipe for it? Pulling some particularly sweet shots on your latest beans haul? Let us know below! What's your brew method of the day/week?

Free speech is speech that is protected from government regulation or persecution. This is a private platform, and therefore Nazis and their speech can fuck right off.

So yeah, they are absolutely to spew their hateful speech without legal repercussions, but we absolutely do not have to let them do so here.

So I love it so far, but when switching to the true black AMOLED setting, a lot of the buttons stay that gray color. Not sure if intended or missed.

This is easily my favorite response, and a clear representation of just loving coffee for coffee. From the extreme scientific end of it, to just needing that caffeine fix in the middle of a long day, to the intrigue of trying something new.

Thanks for the response and a walk through your day in caffeine.

Hey man, sometimes you just need that bittrr punch of caffeine. Ain't nothing wrong with that.

Similar for me, but with Relay. I absolutely refuse to use the shitshow that is the official app. And honestly, I've been actively choosing to use Reddit less and less.

French Press was my entry into truly good coffee, and it's still one that I love to go back to.

That's what this community really should be about! Having fun with the coffee we have, but having even more fun with the journey to the next best cup. I know I'm constantly trying and learning new things.

Hey, pour over is just a good old classic. You can't really repeat the ritual or flavors you get with it anywhere else. And sometimes the most simple is the most enjoyable.

Dude, I know you can't say why, but I sincerely hope you come back after your...excursion? And update us all with the results. And may e tell us why when you have the chance.

Just coming in here and saying you can't shit for 3 days. What on earth is this.

Exactly where my mind went.

So, this looks like the start of a relatively new community (at least for me), and we surely have some new people coming over from the coffee subreddit, so let's get some conversation going!

What's your current favorite brew method? I've been really getting into my flat bottom brew lately, with the Stagg XF. I just feel it's been a bit more forgiving than my v60, and it's been pulling out some pretty solid tasting notes in my latest beans.

What're y'all brewing with?

EDIT: I absolutely love the traction this post got! And I love seeing all the methods everyone is using daily. Thank you all

Hey all, I'm just looking for some solid story driven games on Xbox gamepass, that are equally fun to play. I had been recommended the Mass Effect series, and while I believe the story will be great, the first game is an absolute slog to get through right now.

What are some good story games that are equally entertaining in the actual gameplay that are currently on gamepass?

Heck, even just games with solid gameplay will do, if the story is serviceable.
