How is it possible that looks like the whole country went absurdly dumb overnight? US did so many great things in the past, other countries had a lot of respect and even admiration of the US. I'm not from the US and I can't imagine such a thing happening in my country, such a shift in thought, in priorities and in everything.

I guess one can go conservative and all, and I can respect that, but this looks like something else.

Do as I say, not as I do.

The European Union is just a name, a label, I don't think it would too much of a drama to change the name for something more inclusive, even if we do not change the name, who cares anyway? There are already some overseas territories in South America that technically are part of the EU like someone else pointed.

I'm using Eternity, I haven't tried more so I can't compare, but I liked Eternity enough to don't have the need to try others.

Don't forget Microsoft with Bing maps. At least Google made this just for US users, they made it for everyone.

Tibetan Buddhism here, more specifically the Gelug school. Right now my practice is more related to the study of emptiness with my teacher. I want to meditate much more, but lots of bad habits and excuses in the way :')

The funny thing is that some conservative people here in Spain (the normal people, not politicians) are bitching hard about it, they told them to think that it is a really bad thing for them.

Yeah when I said 20 years I wanted to express something that looks distant, I think that we will see a big change sooner. To be honest the plan B I'm working for, I'm trying to make it happen asap, hopefully next year or in two years, I may be overreacting but personally I'm not going to wait for the drama to really begin to take actions.
