It's dangerous to anyone directly by it as it happens and in the form of pumice rafts if any where created, but that's about it.

Depending upon the composition and how much material gets built up, it will likely erode away fairly quickly and may pose a hazard when not visible but still just under the waves or something.

There are still all kinds of things a company can do to mitigate at least some of this. New browser, new location, forced two-factor auth, etc.

Thanks for the additional context/info! :)

Maybe something with potatoes? Fairly decent nutrition (though carb heavy if you care about that), cheap, and lots of ways to prep it (including forgetting about it in an oven for a couple hours with some salt on the outside wrapped in foil)

Maybe make an egg? Fried, scrambled, boiled, whatever. Start small and iterate. Next time maybe make some eggs with cheese or something else. You probably have all the equipment to do this and eggs shouldn't be hard to find. Good luck!

Constantly differing shifts can also keep the body confused because there's no schedule and it doesn't even remotely match the light cycle outside. OP also didn't say 'full night of sleep' in their post.

Good sleep hygiene to start. After that, always go to sleep and get up at the same time (or as close to it as possible). do not use snooze and get out of bed when your alarm goes off.

That's what helped me, anyway.

I can't find anything corroborating this (most sources I checked stated ~ski just meant 'comes from ~' in the name kinda, so you may want to be careful about what you "learn".

Examples: https://theskilesson.com/why-do-polish-names-end-in-ski-discover-the-fascinating-reason-behind-it/ states it may have helped popularize it a bit (presumably by having the place whence they came in the name?) but I don't think the above poster's statement is actually true here considering the link and several others I checked.

Interesting! Thank you for answering. I've met folks from around the bulkans and many speak a few lancuages

Edit: also, the Balkans. Spelling > me

We have a lot of days in the upper 30s here every summer. I don't know how anyone can do anything without being drenched in sweat here.

Tokyo actually requires bicycle insurance to be carried by riders now. Nothing nationwide here.
