I think this is a very well balanced system. The only feedback I have is maybe save some money on the RAM as you really only need 16GB for gaming and maybe reallocate to a stronger graphics card. But if they will be doing other RAM intensive things with the computer, your current spec is great.

Another vote for PlexAmp. It’s a great piece of software to roll your own cloud streaming server. I use it all the time with hi res lossless files.

Agree here. The 2600x is a major bottle neck and should be replaced.

These are fun but I wish Zodiac would release a new design. I love Super Seawolves case is not the most interesting and this one’s lug-to-lug of 51mm is a nonstarter for me.

That’s a tough one. I would say if you want to just do filter coffee, go with the Eureka. The Opus claims to do it all but typically, a jack of all trades is a master of none. However, if you do anticipate getting into espresso, it may be worth saving up for the Opus.
