Im only half joking here but I bet the problem is because the probe is trying to send a signal to India, but modi already had them change everything to say Bharat so now the probe can't communicate with an unknown server or something

Can't believe Gaetz is still a member of Congress, let alone a free man

I gotta say between the writers strike and switching to lemmy and mastodon, my mental health has been a lot better. I didn't realize how much watching clips of late night talk shows was giving me a "doom scrolling" effect. I'm also getting to catch up on a huge backlog of TV shows and movies I've been meaning to see. I definitely empathize with all the creatives losing their livelihood, but Im ok with this strike lasting until the execs start feeling some of the same pain.

Imagine if they encased this light beam in some kind of fiber encasing so it retain it benefits but not worry about getting blocked. We could even call it a fiber optic cable or something

Is this an ad? Good news everyone we're becoming more like Reddit every day!

Lemmy/mastodon for mindless browsing has replaced reddit/Twitter for me. For specific research/googling on a niche topic, I still find reddit threads popping up all the time so I'll still click those to learn more, but they web browser only.
