It's very problematic. Funhole has become less fun and more hole. Unix_surrealism has become too real. 90s TV hasn't seen Julianna Margulies playing DOOM II yet.

That has been a problem for months, whereas our inability to post image posts, comments, and community photos is new within the last week. Still could be related though, I suppose.
This whole thing has stopped posting on SDF virtually in its tracks. A handful of prolific content creators here who can no longer post.

I appreciate the honest concern for a community member, but I don't know if this is exactly appropriate for this community. I'm also worried it could result in disparaging or frankly just unnecessary commentary on the situation of another.
I'm going to lock this thread for now, and let pmjv make the executive decision.

!nostupidquestions@lemmy.world has the most stupid mods. The thread was full of extremely useful information, and was well upvoted. However, they certainly know better than their own community! Imagine wiping a whole thread full of knowledge, because you NEED to moderate something so bad.
