This only applies to people on the stock rom? Or?

I'm using graphene and not having any problems with my device.

But have they figured out how to keep the wheels from falling off?

I'm on Lemmy.world & using the eternity app I haven't had any real issues yet but it's only been about 2 months for me since I started using this platform.

It's criminal that Cuba has been crushed with sanctions for decades all because the US doesn't like their government. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot how people would react

Maybe it's because I use Linux but I can't relate (anymore). So glad I'll never have to sit through another forced windows update ๐Ÿ˜Œ

This should be illegal. I'm so tired of having to turn the TV up to hear the dialogue and then all the sudden the loudest noise you ever heard in your life. Then you turn it down .. But here's the next dialogue where you have to turn it back up again.

It really ruins the experience for me personally

My guess would be that maybe it wasn't locked in the first place or they happened to randomly try a few pin combinations & got lucky..

I think those are most likely scenarios.

Now if you're some very important person who could be target then I wouldn't assume what I stated previously & instead assume the worst.

I looked into this for myself but I was told a lot of what has already been said here and decided to go with a pixel + graphene OS .

I'm probably sticking with this type of setup until there's a proper Linux phone that can be easily used as a daily driver.

I think the key is patience. One day I think we'll have something that will be able to daily drive Linux that won't feel like you're using the alpha release of android.

I have a huge Mario gap in my gaming history because I ended up going: nes > Sega Genesis > ps1 > ps2 > ps3/wii > PC gaming (where I am today) there's a lot I missed from Nintendo over the years but I recently played through this game and I personally loved how original and new/fresh it felt. Definitely reminded me of how i felt about Mario 3 on nes when I first played it.

What say you? Did you enjoy it? Want to see this become a new series in the Mario saga?

This is the same tired line we have to hear every 4 years. It's been a substitute for concrete policy and it's gotten all of us nowhere.
